Rajiv Sinha have vast experience of multifarious litigation in corporate law and more than 15 years experience as practicing advocate in High Courts. He is alumni of Lucknow University from where he got his Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in 1981 with specialization in International Trade Law and International Affairs. He also worked in print media for more than 5 years representing prestigious national daily news papers and also worked as “Free Lance” for some journals and magazines of varied interests. During his days with the press, author wrote several articles and features on International political relations, infrastructure, sports, socio-political relations, hunger and employment, natural calamities and remedial schemes and so on. He has contributed about 35-40 articles on legal subjects, published in various national and international conferences and journals. He in the performance of corporate legal executive had efficiently handled international commercial arbitrations and shipping arbitrations for about 25 years by way of successfully defending and perusing high stakes claims. He is currently working as Arbitrator and Mediator.
